When you're ready, our team comes back and does the work. If insulation has to come out first, we remove it. If the substrate is wet or contaminated, we fix the moisture first or we walk away. We set up mechanical ventilation during the spray and cure. We keep the house as clean as we can. Once the foam sets, we do a final walkthrough with you, show you what we sprayed, and answer any questions. You can re-enter the space after twenty-four to forty-eight hours, depending on the thickness and the conditions. We leave the property clean.
